Adri-Anne Ralph is the best vocal coach ever.  I have known and worked with her for almost 2 years now and I have learned so much.  She showed me different techniques and ways to bring out my voice. She helped me recognize the flaws in my voice and showed me ways to correct them. She’s really patient with me, but she is stern when she knows that I didn’t practice.  She’s really easy to talk to and I loved working with her.  I couldn’t see myself working with any other vocal coach.  She made the technical side of singing much more enjoyable for me and I will always appreciate her for that.  Before I started working with her, I was just singing and not knowing what I was doing.  But now I actually understand the mechanics behind singing and how knowing those things can improve my voice.  I have worked and am now trained in several different songs.  My range is broader and my tone is sharper.  All of this to say, Adri-Anne is an awesome voice coach and an amazing friend.

Adri-Anne has an amazing ability to make learning how to sing both fun and professional.  She is always encouraging and understanding of your current level of musical talent.  She also has a great sense of humor that makings the learning atmosphere comfortable and relaxed.  When it comes to learning techniques, Adri-Anne demonstrates and explains each technique in a way that easy to understand.  If there's ever a new concept or idea that I am having trouble grasping, she will find multiple ways of explaining the same idea until there is one that I connect with and makes the whole thing "click."  She builds upon what experience I already have and was able to quickly meet me at my current level in both voice and piano. When it comes to the technical aspects of taking lessons from Adri-Anne, I've never found anyone as understanding and accommodating.  I travel from San Diego (over an hour drive) to take lessons and therefore am unable to come on a weekly basis.  Adri-Anne was very understanding about the difficulty with my distance and made every effort to make my trips up to her worthwhile by adjusting the length of our lessons and by assigning meaningful homework in between. Since I started taking lessons, I've felt more confident and comfortable with both my ability to sing and play piano.  This increased level of confidence has also seeped into other areas of my life.  I find myself singing more often and even in front others, something that I would never have done before.  And I've even started receiving compliments as well! I'm always recommending Adri-Anne to all of my friends who have stated an interested in taking voice or piano lessons.  She has such a wide variety of experience in music that she's able to help each of them in whatever their specific goal in music; whether learning piano, improving their vocal technique, or wanting to learn how to create their own music.  Once they meet Adri-Anne, they always come away being impressed with her and excited to schedule their first lesson!
